MyChromaTime is a personal time tracker published by NeonGold LLC. You can use the app fully on your device with no account. This page is how to reach us if something breaks, a purchase does not unlock, or you have a question.

Write to support@mychromatime.com. Please include:

• What you were trying to do
• iPhone, iPad, or website
• Whether you were signed in (optional Google or Sign in with Apple)
• For purchases: that you used Restore, and the Apple ID country if you know it

We read support mail ourselves. There is no chatbot in front of this address.

Common questions

Do I need an account? No. Logging time, activities, notes, metrics, and the free pie chart work offline on this device. JSON backup is in Settings.

Cloud sync is optional. Sign in with Apple or Google only if you want the same logs on another device. Link both sign-ins if you use more than one.

Advanced Stats is a one-time In-App Purchase. Buy or Restore in the iPhone or iPad app. To use that purchase on the website, sign in after you buy. We do not sell unlock codes.
